Blushing Brides Scotland began in 2012 with a Facebook group — a warm, welcoming community where Scottish brides could share inspiration, ask questions and find trusted suppliers. That same year, we hosted our very first wedding show at the iconic Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow.
The community has grown over the years into one of Scotland's most active and beloved wedding groups. Thousands of engaged couples across Scotland have turned to us for advice, supplier recommendations and wedding inspiration.
From that first show in Glasgow, we've taken our events to some of Scotland's most stunning locations — Renfrewshire country clubs, Ayrshire castles and Glasgow's most iconic historic buildings. Our ethos has never changed: beautiful venues, handpicked suppliers and a relaxed atmosphere where couples can plan their perfect day.

Our Journey
Where It All Began
The Blushing Brides Scotland Facebook group was founded in 2012 — a community for Scottish brides to share inspiration, advice and recommendations. That same year, our very first wedding show took place at the iconic Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow, and the response was overwhelming.
A Growing Community
What started as a Facebook group grew into one of Scotland's most active and beloved wedding communities. Thousands of engaged couples across Scotland have turned to the group for advice, supplier recommendations and wedding inspiration.
Iconic Venues Across Scotland
Our shows expanded to some of Scotland's most prestigious venues — Mar Hall Estate & Golf Club and the Strathclyde Hilton, as well as a return to the magnificent Trades Hall of Glasgow. Each show brought together handpicked suppliers, live catwalk shows and hundreds of excited couples.
Trades Hall & Coats Paisley
We kicked off 2026 with two stunning shows — a January show at the Trades Hall of Glasgow and a February show at the beautiful Coats Paisley in Renfrewshire. Both sold out and set the tone for an incredible year ahead.
Our Best Year Yet
Three more spectacular shows planned — Ingliston Country Club in Bishopton (26 July), Sorn Castle in Ayrshire (16 August) and the Trades Hall of Glasgow (08 November). Plus watch this space for a Mar Hall Estate Wedding Showcase date announcement.
